My vision as a coach is simple: I want to contribute building a world where people and organizations want to achieve justice through their efforts and pursuit of Diversity-Inclusion-Justice (DIJ).

My calling? So what?
Early in my life, I understood that my higher calling was to help and empower others. Despite a thrilling career with a high-tech company which brought me extraordinary experiences overseas, my calling soon enough knocked back at the door of my soul: I needed to find a way to express my core.
With the relevant academic records and after 15+ years’ experience in leadership and management, I had served in senior management roles in the private, public, and not for profit sectors, and had worked on 4 different continents with international organizations in multicultural contexts (Canadian First Nations, African and Asian countries).
This period has been a time to deeply establish my roots to what was coming next, without even knowing it in advance. Indeed, I had no intention to become a coach, coaching actually found me.
Change is within reach!
I started Phoenix Leadership Coaching Inc. to bring my vision and mission to life. I have the chance to connect and work with incredible individuals and organizations who want to make DIJ a living reality. I support organizations in implementing DIJ strategy. My clients develop clarity and understanding of bias and hone their inclusive leadership skills in creating effective, inclusive, and culturally competent work environments. I have facilitated workshops on Diversity and Inclusion in different contexts, including in the healthcare and educational sectors.

As CEO (Chief Empowerment Officer), my clients know that I care about them, in a safe space, while holding them accountable.
To work with me, my clients must have an inspiring mission, they must want to make an impact in the world, and of course, they must be committed.
